Is There a Point?

Inner thoughts wanting out

Exploding - they are a shout

With calm they could be an art

With a result in mind to start

An adventure in feeling

Something deeply revealing

Of beauty or human condition

May laughter be the transition

From the beginning to letting go

Go where? We don't know

But if for someone else's sake

The ego must take a break

Or inner thoughts will subside

Hiding from judgment in pride

The phenomenon will never take place

Brilliant thoughts leaving no trace

At least the shout has settled down

Though the point was never found
